1. STUDENT REGISTRATION

  • Registration deadline: By November 10, 2025

2. ZOOM & KAHOOT NAME FORMAT

When joining both Zoom and Kahoot, students must name themselves using the following format:

[Given Name] – [Country]
Example: Alex – Vietnam

Students must follow this naming format.
The Organizing Committee (OC) will use this name to verify valid winners for prizes.

3. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR PRIZE

Step 1: Take two screenshots:

  • Screenshot 1: While you are in the Zoom meeting room (to confirm attendance).
  • Screenshot 2: Your Kahoot! final result screen, showing your final ranking in Top 20.

Example:

  • Image 1: Screenshot while in the Zoom session
  • Image 2: Screenshot showing Kahoot! Result

Step 2: Submit your screenshots (from Step 1) in the comment section of the official result post on the event’s Facebook Group:

The Organizing Committee will contact you via message to confirm your information and arrange the prize delivery.
